Typically, it takes about 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to appear in our system. We track the international orders till your door, but sometimes, delays are impertinent. It is better to check from your local postal service if you don't receive your package within 2-weeks' time. In some cases, the customer has to pay the import taxes too.

The time we take to deliver a certain product depends on product type and its quantity.
We use UPS / DHL systems as a shipping carriers. Delivery time: 1 - 5 days worldwide.
Production time for Armor kits usually 12-20 weeks.
Production time for Helmets - 4 weeks.

The given time period does not include holidays and weekends. Unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, which are informed to the client on time.

We mostly use PETG and SBS from a domestic brand. PETG is made from a special mixture, which contains 3% FLEX and 6% HIPS, and makes it much durable and flexible. As soon as you place your order with us, we will send you our custom size chart. You need to fill in the measurements in centimeters and send it back to us. We scale the armor parts according to your size to ensure that you get the best individual fitting.

All our armor kits are easy to assembly. You most likely will need to make small DIY adjustments and definitely add straps to wear it. A CA-Glue or E6000 glue is required to assemble the armor parts together.

All our armor, which we have manufactured for our clients till date, have received approval from 501st Legion. Our PatrolTropper armor serves as a reference model for CRL of PatrolTrooper costume. Our costumes are gone through self-trial to check if they comply with 501st Legion standards. However, we must mention that 501st approval is complex testing of all the costume pieces as well as assembly, fitting, and overall look..

We offer the same price range for all sizes of our products, except for kids' merchandise. A price difference may only occur if you are ordering something which is not standard paintwork or material.

Considering our experience, 99% of your armor will fit you perfectly. However, there are times when you might face fitting issues because of the lack of information in the size chart. In this case, we will replace the parts which don't fit with new ones. Replacement will be free for all such parts if they remain unused, undamaged, and unchanged.
